I have always bought mine from Chris at myfreedomsmokes and never had problems. If Chris isn't happy with a shipment that he gets, he won't sell it, or if there is ever an issue, he takes care of it. You might want to consider buying some unflavored pg/vg first and some flavorings and play around with it first. If not and you want to jump in feet first, start with a small bottle from both vendors and see which one you like the best.

Is Chris open to nagging newbie questions on DIY nic pg /vg flavoring types question.

LOL I gave lots away and have converted pretty well all my smoking friends (30) and I do all the mixing for them at cost so I may be a "Supplier" but not makin' a dime from it :( Also give free samples away to people that are starting. One other point. I test ALL my juice before and after and observe ALL safety precautions regardless of how "silly" it may seem.

Vapoor, you must be one busy DIYer :) 33-1/3 ounces/liter x 6 liters = 200 ounces. If your average strength is 20 mg/ml, that would be 1000 ounces of eliquid :)

I hear you, I mix a heck of a lot more than I use :) The little ebay kit is interesting, but really fun is finding out how much certain flavorings can skew the results if you test final eliquid for nic. I've got DIY where I've tested the input, so know that the final is really 18 mg/ml, but a test on the output will show 12.

Yes I find many beginning to DIY don't understand the importance of testing. If I'm going to be giving to friend and new vapers accuracy is a must. I began DIY right around the time of the BE scandal and the in itself reinforced the importance of accuracy and testing. Even I trust RTS I still prefer to test anything I order from them. Yes sometimes I was left scratching my head knowing I had mixed everything right and the nic level coming out unexpectedly different. I have some friends that ordered 70/ 30 PG/ VG from a vendor and when I mixed the same they needed more VG and I know my measurements were exact...
LOL it's so funny that most, in the beginning, DIY to save $$ and end up giving most of it away  I, myself, enjoy the hands on part of it all and like you I really enjoy. There's some that like to tinker and others that prefer it pre made.
Cheers.

Normal DIY types don't have access to over 100 mg/ml nic base, 10% nicotine, and it is readily available down to 36 mg/ml. Since some pre-mixed eliquid is actually available at 36 mg/ml, at least the lower concentration nic bases really aren't that big a deal, one needs to follow some pretty simple precautions.

Overall, DIY absolutely isn't for everyone, and as one works with the higher concentrations basically more care has to be taken in terms of proper cleanup, use of simple disposable gloves and/or safety glasses is recommended. I rarely work with 100 mg/ml, it's just easier to work with larger volumes, though I keep some 60 and 100 for making 24 mg/ml and higher strength eliquids.

Even for lower strength final eliquids, everyone should take care to keep them inaccessible to children and pets. A lot of the things I make smell nice, I wouldn't want a child to drink them.

I agree and after I'm finished with this batch of 100 mg I'm just going to buy the lower mg. I experimented and enjoyed it and although I believe, with the proper equipment, it is safe there's always that chance. And yes my nic juice is in a fridge double thermal sealed and in a locked room.
