Diy 101?

I'm getting tired of all the samples, all the vendor, flavors tasting good then growing old. I have a shoebox of juice laying around that I don't use. It seems that most of you seem to move to DIY after a while.

Is there a place or thread or something with just the basic and how to get started? I am surprised it wasn't a sticky.
