DIY butterscotch flavoring

I'm looking to try some DIY juice, my favorite is Butterscotch but worry about diacetyl ?
Is there any Butterscotch flavoring that is diacetyl free.
If not what other flavors have Butterscotch lovers found that comes close that is diacetyl free?

I just do 20% and 10 drops of Stevia in mine. It tastes fine. I use 100% VG though as I can't do PG....

Oh jeez, you thought it was weak at 20%? I thought it was potent!

Butter Rum smells similar, but is much more potent than butterscotch. I mixed the two together and jeebus, it's too strong.

Neither TFA or VZ say anything about diacetyl being present, but you might email them about it

I really like TPAs butterscotch. I use it at 15% with a drop or two of cotton candy.

I don't really find the TFA Butterscotch sweet without added sweetener.

I use it just to sweeten. To me, cotton candy has a little more play room than the actual sweetener, and the butterscotch doesn't need that much to round it out.

My goal is to get as close to COV butterscotch, out of the three different venders I've tried so far I like COV the best.
I think I'll get the cotton candy and some plain sweetner and try both and see what happens.
Who knows I may come up with something I like better?

Flavour Art's Butterscotch is diacetyl free. On their website they clearly state which flavors do and which do not contain diacetyl.

I'm trying VZ Butterscotch at 10% and a little sweetener right now. The flavor isn't really over-the-top as I was hoping. I'm looking for something as intense as the cheap butterscotch candies in yellow cellophane.
I'm afraid that if I go higher, I'm gonna lose taste rather than gain it.

Looks like it's also adding the other flavorings that make up a good mix.
I'm going to try FA and TPA butterscotch, have some cotton candy, carmel and sweetner coming with it.

Favorite is COV sweet and smooth great butterscotch flavor, hitting it right now.
Picked up some locally from Smoketonight.com it's pretty good.
I didnt like the stuff I got from MVS it tasted more like a tobacco flavor the butterscotch was hardly there, but to be fair I didnt let it steep?
Not knocking any vendors thats just my opinion I'm sure others would disagree.
I'm new at this my taste may change away from the sweet juice ?

Ya I cant get it to work either. I started at 5% (cuz I am cheap like that) and ended up at 20% and still barely noticeable. I even added some cotton candy. Now I just have a sweet barely noticeable butterscotch. LOL
