    No you can't
eJuice Me Up - Best eJuice Calculator

Great calculator you can adjust drops but beware some liquid give different results.

40 drops of VG will be different than 40 drops of flavor and etc.

I use a syringe for VG/PG/Nicotine and use the drops with all flavors with only small amounts.

I ordered all different size syringes because of that reason from wizardlabs.com

Totally agree with everyone that drops are not a good idea, as a "drop" is not an exact measurement the way "ml" is. You'll need syringes in different sizes, including a wide-tipped syringe for vg, as it's viscous. Syringes with 10 cm-long, blunt-tipped needles are practical, as they can reach into the bottles as the levels drop. There are lots of excellent ejuice calculators out there. I usually use this one e-Liquid Calculator :: New recipe

I use e-juice me up too, but ... when I am only making 3ml testing sizes, I use drops, as the measurments are very small.

Point is .. what I do is count how many drops of each additive I use, that it takes to equal 1ml.
    I write each one down.
My base nicotine base is 28, my PG is 23, my VG is 18, and my flavoring is 32
Then I print it out my recipe using my base for the drop count in the box.
Then I go back to the calculator, change the count in the box to equal the count of each additive ..and make the correction on my print out for each one.
Works for me on small amounts.
The e-juice me up calculator defaults 20, and there's no way each additive is equal to 20 drops per ml
Hope this makes sense to you.
I never make a big batch of juice until I've tested the flavor in a small batch first.

Does anyone know the average percent of flavor that should be in there? Thanks guys

there is no average, when in doubt start low

some flavorings will be too strong at anything over 5% other can handle up to 20% so it will depend on what type of flavor you are using.

and I agree with everyone else. a handful of syringes are dirt cheap and give you precision measurements.

since i do pretty big batches sometimes i now have graduated cylinders as well.
