Some of the grossest mixes I've made were with TFA raspberry . .I just don't have a handle on how to use that flavor. It always comes out so perfumy and just disgusting. The worst ever was TFA raspberry + TFA double chocolate. It was like vaping the dumpster behind a florist shop.
I recently mixed 50% TFA blueberry Extra and 50% TFA Honeysuckle for a total of 15% flavoring in a juice that is 100% gross-tasting, lol.

My first DIY was repulsive. Smelled and tasted like a bad cologne. I still powered through about 5ml of it, refusing to accept defeat. Finally ate my pride and dumped the remaining 25ml.
Bosco, I can only attest to Honeysuckle because I haven't used Blueberry Extra... but Honeysuckle, at least when mixed by itself is pretty perfumey right after mixing. I had to leave the cap off for a day, then it was perfect. Also, I'm thinking maybe 15% was too much... at least for the Blueberry extra. The extras tend to be pretty strong. I used my extras no greater than 5% each...
I know the feeling I do that myself. It's the DYI self abuse syndrom. Please people if you know someone with DSAS (DYI self abuse syndrom).seek help for them right away. There may not be a cure but help is available.
I simply have to say this: If you value your life you will stay away from FW Honey flavor. I read all of these great reviews of blueberry honey flavors and I am in love with FW blueberry so when I was doing my quarterly 4oz FW buying extravaganza I picked this up. It reminds me of vomit picked up off the floor with a crusty spatula, put in the microwave, and then drank warm. Nasty stuff. Good thing I only make 5mL test batches but still after 2 weeks it was only to the point of being bearable. I was so excited to have a LOT of honey flavor to mess with in tobaccos and fruits and desert mixes....and neglected to find out which honey is good, to which I still have no answer =(

I'm working with that flavor now and it does smell like nail polish. From what I've read it's really strong and needs at least a 2 week steep. Hopefully it'll work out for me but there are other vendors to try.

The Quad RY4 Fail: Similar to Calivapr123.... Let's make the Double RY4 even better by adding the same amount of Sweet Cream....But wait, I know...Lets add the same amount of Bavarian Cream as well. Oh it's way too sweet now? I just got some AP, how about I use that? People say 1 or 2 drops work, well I will try 5 drops.
It did, but it actually was way to strong and I started feeling my heart race. I know my favorite RY4 I have bought at a local B&M uses that flavor because of the smell, just not sure how to use it properly yet.
I bought some, and I'm going to HAVE to start using it. Real low, like 1% I heard.
I made 4 flavors in white plastic 10ml bottles using the new pen my son brought me,labeled them and taped over the label like, I always do. Threw them all in the warm water bath and pulled them out a hour later and the labels were a blue blur. Guess the flavor anyone? Which cofee is 12mg nic and which has none.

I had a similar thing happen to a Wizard Labs order. I ordered 10 flavorings, each in their 8ml bottles. All of them were placed inside one zip bag, that was pretty well packaged and thoroughly bubble wrapped. This didn't stop a few of them from getting crushed and spilled inside the bag, which then soaked the labels on all the bottles that had not broken, and a few of them peeled right off... which is which now? This was my very first DIY package too, Lol

Sounds worse than my Chocolate Bananas Fostered up. TFA's Chocolate 10%, Caramel 5%, Banana Cream 5%.
AP is one of my favorite molecules. Use it at 1% and it will give a nice nutty taste to the mix. Use and 5 - 7% and you have burnt corn chip.
