Sounds delicious, but didn't turn out so well. I couldn't find a recommended percentage for the boysenberry in TFA thread, so I attempted to figure it out myself. The boysenberry overpowered everything and it turned out perfumey. Not too perfumey, but it's there.
I used Red Bird's trick to taste the flavor first. The boysenberry was awful, so I should have used less than 5%, but I like boysenberry, and I'm a rebel so I used 6%. lol
I think the waffle needs to be bumper up a notch, too. I can't taste it very well and the whipped cream is non-existent.
Here's what I did:
70/30 - 18mg
TFA Belgium Waffle 8%
TFA Boysenberry 6%
TFA Whipped Cream 4%
-------------------------------
I'll let it mellow out for a few days and give it another taste, but this is what I might try instead:
TFA Belgium Waffle 10%
TFA Boysenberry 4%
TFA Whipped Cream 5%
TFA Bavarian Cream 1%
TFA Sweetener 2%
Does that sound any better? I'd love it if someone were to jump in and tell me what to do.
