Not bad. Would this be useful to vapers to get those cartos really full or to separate our juices down to the molecular level?

This could potentially be very useful for DIY flavor extractions, for people (such as me) who dislike the sediment that remains after filtering.
I would probably not go with that particular design, as my options are different, and I'd require more stability and protection.
