Will a centrifuge help?

So me and a buddy have recently started playing around with DIY ejuice. We've even attempted to make our own tobacco extracts. Basically we're just soaking some tobacco in PG for a few days and straining it through a coffee filter a couple of times. It tastes great and I just made a wonderful DIY RY4. However, it seems like it's a little hard on the atomizer in my clearomizer. When I make the extract, I can a small amount of "tobacco dust" at the bottom of the shot glass, and I'm thinking these particles may be clogging up the atomizer/making it a little harder to vape.

So we're considering getting a centrifuge to separate these particles from the extract. However, knowing nothing about this, I'm not sure if it will pull the tobacco flavoring out as well, leaving me with pure PG afterwards. Does anyone know how this will affect the flavor after going through a centrifuge? Other thoughts?

I have no experience with tobacco extract, but I bet a centrifuge would help. Like the pp said, all the solids would go to the bottom. I don't think there would be any danger of pelleting out the tobacco flavor as I'd guess that would be mostly dissolved in the solution.

Do you know anyone who works in a lab? If so, you could give centrifugation a try before you lay out the money for the equipment.
