Thanks Zurd,

I got in on their site. I really do not know what to order! Some of the products is for perfume etc... Which one is for e-cig dyo juices is it molecules for tobacco?

just tried to go with the link u posted, doesn't work because is says perfurmers and not perfumers that was why !

try this one : Perfumers Apprentice - Professional Flavors

(it's the profesionnal flavor apprentice) watch out for the few that says Oil in their ingredients, don't buy, also same thing for diacethyl if they still cary some, I don't think it was proven that it's bad for the lungs but better to be safe than sorry.

I have found that the nicotine is the only component that is really hard to get.
Flavours can be bought at cooking suppliy stores very easily.
eg.
Golda's Kitchen Search - Search
Low Carb Foods - Low Carbohydrate | Bread & Wraps | Chocolate & Desserts | Cereals & Bars | Sauces, Syrups & Dressings | Low Carb Foods at The Low Carb Grocery Store
VG (USP) is very common but a bit pricy at Shopper Drug Mart. Last I looked, something like $5 per 250 ml. I don't use a lot of VG in my juices so I don't mind paying more for the convienance of having it so readlily available.
PG (USP) is a bit harder to find buy one of my local drug stores orders it in for my at $7.39 per 500ml.

Nicotine base, I order from a number of vendors in Canada but only keep 5 or 6 month supply on hand at any time.

I am going to ask my local Shoppers Drug Mart today how much it will cost me for 500ml PG and 500ml VG (not their shelf stuff but the USP pharma grade stuff that they order out for). Someone mentioned that this is the way they do it for those 2 components of their DIY. If it works I live within walking distance and it will kill S&H costs :)

I understand that Well.ca shipps for free (orders over $25) and they have PG and VG.
If you order through your local Shoppers, tell them you are using it for soap making.

Well, I've been a long time client of the local shoppers here (pharmacy), we joke around if I am ever getting a prescription. He has talked about my (now former) smoking before and gave me the quit or it'll kill you later in life speeches. So now I will tell him I have quit and gone on to better things. He seems a moderate/liberal guy, will tell him straight up if he asks me what it is being used for :)

I would be very careful with those flavor companies, the concentrates have to be ingredients we can safely vape.

SoUnique is right, Golda's and Low Carb is a good place to get reasonably prices Lorann flavourings, but not all lorann flavourings should be vaped. Low Carb does sell Capellas too though.

There is a good link in the DIY section for Lorann flavourings, and they point out all the not-safe flavours they sell.

What is wrong with flavorings that are available at Fortinos, Club House brand? Vanilla, almond, lemon... 43ml for $3.49?
LorAnn - you can get at Bulk Barn, $1.99 for 3.7ml

Club House Vanilla:
Alcohol
Sugar

Club House Lemon:
Lemon Oil
Colour

So, no, you don't want sugars and the alcohol content is usually high in vanilla extracts. To each their own with the food colouring, but I won't vape it, and lemon OIL is a no-no. The almond is also an oil. Plus, it isn't concentrated, so you'd never get enough flavouring.

For a few extra bucks you can buy flavourings that have been used frequently by the community, and from companies that understand the needs and safety concerns of vapers (TFA comes to mind).

I'll chip in with 2c worth.

I have been DIYing for more than a year. Since moving here to NS, I buy from a reputable US supplier who has a creative method of shipping to avoid CC issues at the border. Costs me US$75 for 2x120mL PG 100mg - diluted at 1:4 that's 7.8 cents/mL for the N juice. Flavorings and PG/VG add, approximately, another 5.2 cents per mL. I make a 30mL bottle for less than 4 bucks.

It's the only way to go

I think I can guess who that supplier is. Does the $75 include shipping?

Anyway, I'm curious, where do you buy most of your flavourings? I'm finding the flavourings quite expensive in Canada in comparison to some of the larger U.S. sites.
