DIY "kinda" Question

I hope this is the right place to ask this question... if not please feel free to move it.

I have been buying juice like a fiend and have ended up with about 90ml of assorted coffee, vanilla and chocolate flavors. I wasn't wild about some of them by themselves, but mixed a small bottle of them all together and it was great. I'm thinking about just mixing them all together, adding a touch of VG and then re-bottling them in some empty 30ml bottles. Can I mix them in just any clean container or does it have to be sterilized first? Does it make a difference if it's plastic or glass?

I use plastic for flavored juice but I do run the bottles through my dishwasher (no detergent) using the sanitize option. I am not sure what the bottles were previously used for but I would sanitize them first IMO.

The bottles came with juice in them. I thought I would wash them and then dip in boiling water for a few minutes.

Boiling water for a few mins should be just fine. If it's good enough for my little one's bottles, it should be good enough for your bottles!
