DIY liquid flavor problems.

Hello,

It's been 8 days since I put together a DIY e liquid.

I used 125ml VG and 125ml PG by Hexocell, 4 10ml 20mg nicotine boosters and one little 20ml bottle of concentrated aroma by greek company Philotimo.

Flavor is "cookies and berries".

The problem is that the flavor is very weak. First couple of puffs you get some flavor but then I just tastes like vaping water.

I don't know if I used a small amount of concentrated flavor but usually i do use anything between 10 and 20ml for every 200ml of liquid or so...

Now I have 310ml of final product which has a weak flavor.

Should I let it steep more or do I need more of the concentrated aroma?

I tried to find the dilution percentage but I can't. I just went with experience.

Yes.
I got a hastur mini, an aromamizer plus v2 and an OBS Engine 2 and all three have great flavor.

That would rule out Vapers Tongue.

Seems maybe you need to add more flavor. See below:

Apparently the dilution percentage is 20% so for every 300ml i need 60 ml of aroma.

So i need 40ml more, that's two bottles.

I guess I'm gonna order some more...

Yeah. If you're going for 20% flavoring, add 20 mls of flavor to 80 mls of base for a total of 100 mls of finished juice.

I don't know, it's all Greek to me. lol. jk. Had to say it .

I looked up their site and searched for the flavor. Before that, I looked on ELR to what others might have used.

Here's the link. I must say they didn't do a super job explaining it.

The explanation is only in english, that's why i couldn't find it.

Also, be aware that manufacturers will give maximum percentages to get people to buy more. We always say to start low, then add more if needed; diluting can be a pain.

Can you google translate? Funny they don't have a Grecian option.

They do have a greek option but it offers no directions of dilution.
No it's ok I can speak english and greek.

I guess you are right. Start low BUT one bottle of 20ml did nothing for a 310ml end result. It clearly needs more.

Keep in mind your PG/VG ratio will change, 40ml extra flavor is well over 10% extra PG

So if you're planning to add VG to keep the desired PG/VG ratio you will need even more flavoring to achieve the same flavor concentration.
