I've been very satisfied with One Stop DIY Shop. Box Elder Chemical Supply sometimes runs really good sales on unflavored nic. Shipped pretty quick too.

I have always had excellent service and fast shipping from http://www.ecigexpress.com/flavoring-c-16 for flavorings. They have a great selection, good shipping and comparatively low prices. As far as the nic juice I would keep an eye on the deals and steals thread in PIF for sales because myfreedomsmokes, box elder supply and gourmet vapor have run some very lucrative sales in the past.

I've have to give One Stop DIY Shop two thumbs up. I've placed several orders with them and have been very pleased with their quick service. The only possible problem for some people (not me) might be that OSDIY uses Amazon dot com's merchant payment service.

DIY Flavor Shack by E-Cig Smoke Store is a very well known DIY supplier. Fast too!
