DIY liquid?

Hi all,

Can someone point me to general information on how to do your own juice? Which forum is that usually discussed on? I've looked around and keep getting lost in all sorts of different topics...

I'd like to make half PG half VG juice for myself, and maybe play around with custom flavorings, but I'm not sure where to start, what are general rules, if any, etc.

For instance: can one use essential oils for flavorings (and maybe for health reasons)? Stuff like that.
