I am new to this stuff so forgive me if this is a stupid question. When mixing multiple flavors should I decrease the amount of each flavor or mix them in their suggested strengths? For instance if mixing 2 flavors and 1 has a suggested mixing strength of 10% and the other has 5% should the end mix be a total of 7.5% or the full strength 15%? thanks for the help

Very good question. When dyi-ng I think of it like cooking. Pancakes for example. I'm looking for a banana nut with a hint of vanilla and cinnamon. Banana is strong, as is cinnamon. I don't want those to over power the nut or vanilla. So, a bit of that, a pinch of this and a dash of that. All in all, you would want to mix your flavorings accordingly. If two flavors are chocolate and strawberries, I perfer a stronger strawberry vs chocolate. Thus my strawberry will be a stronger concentration than chocolate. However, I do like my flavorings fairly strong (20-25 percent) so perhaps I would hit the strawberry at maybe 18 percent and 7 percent for chocolate .

Hope I did'nt make you more confused.
