I was told by my local fav retailer that I should be getting non infused nicotine DIY juice. I am not sure what this means. Can anyone help explain this to me?
My intentions are to rat hole a good bit of nicotine in that Alabama, my home state has passed the laws to make it impossible for the little guy to obtain these products for personal use, so I am trying to order online before I can absolutely not get it with out a tobacco license or something of that nature. I want to set up for the next couple years in case it takes me that long to get of the analogs permanently.

From what I can find, Alabama hasn't passed any such law. There was an attempt last year, but the bill is dead.

Edit -- However, it's entirely possible the shop was referring to the new FDA deeming regulations which is federal, not state. In that case, yes, you should be stocking up on DIY supplies.

Check out this thread for several recommendations: Need Liquid Nicotine Supplier

If you scroll down the DIY page you will find several threads to help you decide what to buy and where to get it online. DIY you own ejuice is not only cost saving but can be fun once you get into it. There is a learning curve to mixing your own ejuice but you will have the members here help you with whatever you need to learn.

I have not heard the term "non-infused" nicotine before. I did a quick search here on ECF, and then Google, and didn't get any pertinent hits. All I can think of is that the sales person was referring to "unflavored" nicotine base. I would talk to your clerk again and ask if that was what he/she meant.

If so, the recommendations from @retired1 and @Sugar_and_Spice are good places to start. I would also strongly encourage reading the stickies at the top of the DIY E-liquid section if you are just getting into DIY. They answer MANY common questions and can help you make the most of efforts and reduce the likelihood of making unsatisfactory purchases.

In making NETs, infusion is just a "fancy" term used to describe the process of -adding flavorings- so non-infused is likely meant to imply unflavored. Unflavored Liquid nicotine is the #1 item people stockpile for protection against draconian state and federal legislation/taxes.
