It's easier without Nic. Just follow any recipe and don't use the Nic. Use whatever ratio of PG and VG you prefer and add flavor. I suggest you start at 5-10% total flavorings (easier to add more than have to add base) and if you don't know what PG/VG ratio to use, start at 70%PG/30%VG. Seems to be what most of the juice makers use as their house blends.

Cheers,
Steve

It is much easier to do no NIC. I don't use it myself and I just use a calculator. I'll give you an example. Say I make a 10ML mixture and want to use 3 different flavors and a 50/50 blend of PG/VG. My flavors are PG, so keep that in mind when doing the percentages.
first flavor 5%... 5% of 10ML is .5
second flavor 2%... 2% of 10 ML is .2
third flavor 3%.... .3

Since all the flavors are PG based, you take the combined number and subtract that from the amount of PG you'd normally add (which is 5ML, since 5 is half of 10ML and I'm making a 50/50 blend)
So in this instance, my flavors total 1ML, so I would add 4ML of plain PG.
That leaves 5ML of VG.
That's all there is. I know it may sound more complicated than it is but it's not. I've used calculators in the past and if you must use that (I find it more complicated) all you do, is what was recommended above. Whatever amount it tells you to add of the nicotine, replace that amount with PG or VG.

Let's see.. first thing you gotta do is buy a liter of PGA..
Measure out 60ml of it and swallow.. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SIP!
Now sit back with your vaping machine and you'll soon see a yellow brick road..
Follow that road until find a wizard.. ask the wizard for a brain..

If you didn't find a little bit of humor in that, then please don't read any further!

First and easiest thing to do is download the ejuicemeup calculator.. You can get it here --> eJuice Me Up - Best eJuice Calculator
Install it and open.. It will look like this:

ejuice.jpg

Now, on the top line on the left side where it says "Nicotine Strength" change PG to 100%, VG to 0% and the 100mg to 0 (zero)
Next line down (Target Nicotine Strength) change the 18mg to 0 (zero)
Now, all the way down (just above the comments/notes box) change the Target to your preferred ratio..
Over to the bottom right side and click "CALCULATE"
The amount of PG and VG needed will be displayed in the box above the calculate button..

Now take a recipe you want to make and add the flavor(s) in the box on the left along with the % you want to use and hit "CALCULATE" again.. That is the exact amount of each thing you need to add..

If you need recipe ideas, go to the top left and click "FILE", then click "OPEN" to see all the recipes included..

Last but not least (and this is serious), you need to seek out the 2 wise men that haunt this forum and ask of them to share the wisdom that they are known for.. they can be found using the search function.. you are looking for blogs by dannyv45 and hoosier..

I used the ejuicemeup calc to make my first nic free juice yesterday, very simple.
Although I use a low nic during the day, I think it may be keeping me up, so decided to make a nic free juice for night time. Was super easy. :)

Thank you very much that made it very simple to understand. I can't believe I couldn't get it before
