DIY NOOB flavor concentrate

I have a bottle of Capella Raspberry Flavor Concentrate and the label says "Artificially flavored, Pure flavor, not sweeteners, PG as a carrier, water". Then below that it says "NOTE: THIS PRODUCT 100% FLAVOR, NO NICOTINE, IT MUST BE DILUTED BEFORE USE". If my recipe calls for .75ml Raspberry Flavoring do I just measure .75ml from this bottle or do I need to dilute it with something before putting it in my recipe?

You will be diluting it when you add it to your other ingredients. You will not just be pouring it straight into a tank for example and vaping only the raspberry

Thank you Supertrunker I appreciate your response. I know I will be mixing it with PG, VG and nicotine just wasn't sure if I needed to do something with the concentrated flavor before adding the PG, VG. Thanks for replying so quickly also.

You are correct no diluting nessessary just add .75ml to your base.
