Would this work for diy flavoring?

Well, the peppermint is 89% alcohol with some water and peppermint oil. Great for thinning VG.
Strawberry is "Water, Alcohol (27%), Extractives Of Strawberry, Apple juice Concentrate, Lactic Acid, Caramel Color, Natural And Artificial Flavors, Propylene Glycol, And Fd&C Red 40" so you've got coil clogging apple juice and caramel color, plus the needless red dye.
Lemon is 83% alcohol and some oil of lemon. At least is shouldn't be an issue getting the citrus oil to mix with PG. I doubt it will be easy to mix with VG though.

Basically, compared to what most of us use, the stuff is incredibly weak. Tends to contain ingredients many of us avoid too.

I won't say, "don't use it", but just remember if you do, it's completely different than the flavoring most here are using and we'd be of little help in helping you get anything worth vaping out of them.

I buy some of the McCormick & Watkins flavorings but I'm very picky about which ones. If it has anything other than alcohol, water, PG or the actual flavor--it stays on the shelf. The strawberry is going to scorch, burn & stain whatever you put it in. The peppermint & lemon should be ok. You didn't mention what is in the banana or I missed it. I would start the peppermint & the lemon at 5% flavor and work up. I wouldn't go any higher than 15% flavor because I can get TFA/TPA flavors that will work at concentrations at or less than 15% at a reasonable price.

When most of us talk about % (percentages) we are talking about percent of the total amount of liquid made so if you are making a 10 milliliter batch of liquid and you want to start your flavoring out at 5%, you would put 1/2 milliliter or .5 milliliter of flavoring in your bottle and 9.5 milliliters of your base. This isn't very accurate if you're trying to control the amount of nicotine, though. Download one of the e-liquid calculators and it will make figuring out the correct percentages easier.
