preparing for anything, as usual. Im starting rba's and want to get into diy juice, and get a sexy stash going. when I vape, I vape single plain flavors mostly, fruits, a lemonade, mix em from time to time, stuff like that, so my flavor needs are easy, Im a cheap date.
whats the best all stuff included starter kit. Ive got glass bottles (60ml brown) and syringes (blunt tip, of course) but want a kit that has measuring stuff, liquid nic, separate from the pg vg. (i want to eventually get a super high nic% for economical reasons)
some sort of choice for flavors, and whatever i NEED.
after I use a kit once or twice, ill obviously get the rest of the goods, but wana make sure I can do this first.
Im very good at this kind of stuff, so measuring, being precise, not spilling..I got that. but obviously dont wanna spend 200 on juice stuffs and find out its just too hard..
whats a decent small starter kit, maybe enough in the kit to make a few 60ml's or something, iduno how they are..
thanks guys

What I did when I started (a few weeks ago) was go out and gather up all the ingredients I could find from local stores. VG (glycerin USP) from my local Right-Aid (you can get it at some Wal-Mart's as well), distilled water (Wal-Mart), LorAnn candy flavorings (Wal-Mart and a local candy making supply store), some liquid Splenda (from a grocery store), and some bottles (from my local vape store). I also got some eye dropers (those little glass tube ones with the suction bulbs on top of them), and a liquid medicine doseing syringe from my local Rx. In all it cost me around $25 for everything.

The kits Chellemmm found look like very nice kits. And, if the shipping on them is descent, I'd go for one of them if you care to wait for it.

I would suggest making some small (10ml) batches without the nicotine in them until you get the hang of mixing everything and how some of the flavors mix (some are much stronger then others). You can get a bottle of the VG to "play around" with your first mixes so you don't waist any of the PG you have to have shipped to you. This way, if you make a mistake, all you've lost is some cheap VG, a little bit of flavoring, and maybe a few drops of sweetner. All of which you can replace from local stores if need be. Plus, with the 10ml batches, calculating and adjusting your recipes is easier (10%=1ml=20drops).

Good Luck.

this was one that I was actually just looking at. I figured with that, if it works, just get more supplies and ill have the measuring stuff and some flavors...
the super kit has 8 flavor choices
thos 6ml bottles, how long would those last. What I mean is how many ml of juice could it potentially yield, if I used 50%lemonade 50%kiwi or something..
also, if I get 48mg/ml nicotine at 100%pg, than cut it down to 24mg/ml, with vg, that would make it a 24mg 50/50 pg/vg right? than just a few drop sof flavor or something...
been watching videos but its alot to take in. More focused on RBA's right now lol

That "sounds" about right. But I hope one of the mixing veterans would chime in here and back me up on that. Like I said I just started doing this a week ago so I by no means am an expert at this point. I'm not the dullest knife in the block, but I could still use some sharpening.

As for where to get Nicotine, you can try to put "nicotine" in your search engine. I did and found this » 100mg/mL – 100% PG Nicotine Base (For Mixing Only) . A little more research should yeld a few more places to get it from.

What you need will depend on weather you want to use all PG, all VG, or a mix of both for a base, what flavorings you like (some recipes use flavorings from different places), if you want to cut it with PGA, distilled water, or vodka, weather you want to sweetin your mixes and weather or not you'd want to use liquid sweeteners or flavorings to sweetin your batches. You'll also need to know what size bottles you'll want to put your mixes in.
Once you deside all that then you'll know what you need and can do some price comparisons.
Start doing searches on the net. Look in Amazon, E-bay, and through the e-cig sites you've bookmarked. You have booked marked some right? I like the ones that offer free or minimal flat rate shipping.
DANG! I may have to put my own DIY mixing kit together. All I'll need to do is find a desent how to mix guide to put in it.
