The reason I bring all this in light is because so many folks just don't have a damn clue. Look at some of the much praised copyrighted programs, LOL... Not really a joking matter!

You Lost me on the Copyrighted Programs. What does this have to do with Nicotine Volumes in Nicotine Base?
Run this thru your juice progam...
Base = 100mg. 70% PG 30 % VG
Target = 15mg. 85% PG 15 % VG (no flavor)
55 ml total
Correct is :
Nicotine base = 8.25 (.825 ml. is Nicotine, 5.1975 ml. is PG, 2.2275 ml. is VG)
Add 40.8513 PG
Add 5.8988 VG
Amount of required PG = 46.04875 total
Amount of required VG = 8.12625 total
Some programs take the Nicotice and coonvert it into the prcentage of PG/VG.

Yeah... Many Do.
So what is the Relative Error when they do for say an 18mg/ml Flavored e-Liquid?
And is this type of Error something that should keep DIY-ers Up at Night?
I don't measure my juice to 4 decimal places or anything else for that matter.

I have questioned a program as to why the nicotine was converted into a percentage of PG/VG. Many just push me off as to why such little would matter! Well Hail, damn me for even think a little would matter!
No error when I buy the base. Why would anyone use a program that has error, even if slight?

To some it Matters. To Many it Doesn't. But once Again, it is Kinda a Word Thing.
It Matters to me that People Put Blind Faith in a piece of Software and do Not Question whether the Results are Correct. And it Matters to me that a Coder can't not make a Better piece of Code.
And it Really Matters to Me if Someone Can Not do the Math with a Pencil, a piece of Paper, and a Hand Held Calculator and Find the Correct Answer to a Math Problem like this.
But It Doesn't Matter to me if the e-Liquid I am Hitting on is Exactly 18mg/ml when in Actuality it is 17.8mg/ml.
Because there is a Threshold where Higher Levels of Accuracy to Arbitrary Numbers of mg/ml Can Not be Detected.
So what is the Relative Error in a 18mg/ml if the Volume of the Nicotine is Not Accounted for.
Seems like if we are going to talk about things like Errors or Being Off, we should At Least Quantify it.

I like detail! I don't like errors in minor stuff like a nicotine mixing program. Some may not gave a rat' tail (lol) one way or another.
An error in the method of determining a mix of e-
juice shouldn't be the question if it is minor or not!

Error in 18mg/ml related to what? Related to a program that is deemed correct yet isn't?
