Another tip:

I mix 6-12 different juices at a time (mostly new recipes to try). I label each bottle before beginning to match the recipe or abbreviated name (that way, I know what flavs go in which bottle)...then start with the flavors multiple recipes have in common (like EM, AP, etc.) and mark it off on each recipe as I add the flav to each. This knocks out the need to keep cleaning syringes and also makes the mixing a lot faster than simply doing one recipe at a time. :)

another tip,

One of the biggest problems I have is with bottles and the labels. I tend to use bottles over and over and one thing that I really really hate........ is when the friggen label won't come off.

Here is what I do. Start with sparkling clean, sterilized bottles to put your mixes in.

I put clear tape under where I put the paper label. It peels off very easily, along with the paper label on top of it. Then after I put on the paper label, I put clear tape (scotch tape) over that. The juice that spills out, will not bleed out the writing.

It seems like extra work, but it really saves me work in the long run.

I just got started in DIY a couple weeks ago but I can say, use an ultrasonic cleaner to help steep your fresh juice for 30-60 minutes minimum. It helps the flavor mix thoroughly and tastes like it's been steeping for a week! Even the $30 harbor freight one will work, although it only runs for 3 minutes at a time so set it next to your couch and hit the start button while you're watching tv!

For BOTTLE LABELS,

I order "return address labels" (customized).

I simply hand-write the info (juice name, etc.) on them.

They're the perfect size, stick well, and WORK GREAT!

P.S. A piece of scotch or clear tape over the finished label will protect it.

I will share a tip on mixing industrial grade Sucrolose. First off buy a powder that is pure and free from fillers.

I have found a nice mixing table and tried this last night. I plan on using just one drop per 30mL to my SIL diy sweet mixes. I use this for my own personal use as well. It saves a ton of money. If using purified water one has to refrigerate. However, PG or VG can be used. I would steep the vg/pg in hot water/or warm then add the splenda powder and mix. The vg or pg does not have to be refrigerated.
