For some reason I have to change the cotton a coil just a much with PGA must be doing something wrong it's a learning process tho.

Your not doing anything wrong, that's what true tobacco alkaloids are known to do is be coil killers.
Cotton is cheap but headaches shouldn't be the result of your extract, try and cut out the pg some.............
You are drinking double the normal h20 amount daily ?

I don't drink enough water need to work on that. I got some cheap cigars before and that's mostly when I noticed the headaches to and I was using 70PG/30VG.

No more cheap cigars, your making enough extract and spending time / steeping to make it worth buying one or two premium, suggestion Rocky Patel's royal vintage, Man O’ War Ruination, Diesel robusto, try adding a little (15 ml ) whole grain in with 50pg/50vg to cover the tobacco, 35pg/65vg in your final base mixes and go buy a case of water...........

I use 3mg base but I'm not shure if there was extra nic because of the nic in the tobacco, I'm now understanding there is extra nic from the tobacco so I should probley just use a no nic base.

To me the full flavor produced a more predominant flavor profile than the milder ones but I still do medium also ( padron 1964 aniversario imperial maduro toro), , just be careful the full flavored aren't saturated with oils.

i find it funny those that blame the PG for their intolerance when they most likely had no problem smoking all the hundreds of chemicals from analogs lol..

it's like the gluten-free trend.. had a conversation with someone who claim to be allergic to gluten, but when i asked if they had celiac disease they had no idea what it was...

OP the dizziness is most likely from the nicotine. since NETs are made from real tobacco you'll still get some nicotine that gets transferred into the eliquid. how much? no one really has exact figures, but i'd say try the NET without added nicotine.

also, the type mod you use can make a difference in the amount if nicotine ingested. if you're using one of those high powered devices (ie subtank, etc) that could play a big factor. more vapor taken in at once = more nicotine.

Since it was a cheap cigar could it have more ammonia in it causing the weird feeling ?

Not necessarily, my guess would be that in fact you aren't accounting for the added nicotine coming from the extract itself, nic overdosing is not a good habit .
For the premium cigars I would recommend you try the heated ethanol method, if you can get your hands on some whole grain.
