I swap between 2 of those battery's and charge them externally not because the dna200 can't do it correct as I tried it and it does a great job but because I can charge them @ up to 5c although I only charge at 2amps because its quick but not going to hurt the life too much. Also I go though about 1 1/2 to 2 battery's a day so I don't want to slowly charge via usb at 1amp. Plus that way I can charge in fire safe bag vs while having it in hand while charging in the mod.

well my mod died. was vaping on it. bam dead.

won't power on.

connect it to USB. battery is registering as full. all the buttons work on the mod but the moment I take out the USB it dies. the little fuse thing seems to be fine.

The ONLY thing I can see is that one of the leads of the firebutton came loose on the PCB. it's still stuck but it spins.

also now it won't register any atty. though the leads on the board seem to be solid.

urgh I guess il break the chip sled out and resolder everything. great.

man I should of manned up and soldered it myself mathias .......n sucks at soldering.

It does sound as if the fuse is blown

Do me a favor, try press and hold the fire button and see if the mod powers up (keep holding the fire button)

The first time I wanted to try out the dna 200 board, I soldered all battery wires except ground.

I then put the ground wire on the negative tab and just hold it with my finger just to check the screen... It wouldn't power up unless I hold the fire button.

After I soldered the ground wire, everything started to work well. This makes me believe that a bad ground might lead to strange issues like this "power up under fire press" in my case. It's possible that a bad connector, solder joint or anything ground related can induce similar erratic behaviour.

Any Hana V200 owners having issues with the enclosure screws? I was just vaping on the V200 this morning and flipped it around to find that the top two screws have disappeared. :) I'm not sure when that happened as this mod has never left the house. Has anyone else had this issue? Hana is sending out new enclosure screws, so not that big of a deal, but shocked me this morning to see 2 screws gone.

I received mine yesterday and used it. Checked this morning, all screws are intact. Been using it.
Do you know what Hana meant when they said you had to register the device in the EScribe software? I launched the software, updated it and connected the HM DNA200, then disconnected it. It seemed to work before I connected it and I didn't notice any difference afterwards. Guess I should go through the EScribe tutorial....

The only registration that I did within eScribe was to register with Evolv and login with that account/password when the mod was connected. It worked as expected even before the registration, but I did register and also updated firmware to the latest (at the time was 7-16) without issue.

Love the device so far and have been enjoying it. Who knows what happened with those top screws, but they are quickly handling it without any issue, so no big deal.

Probably want folks to get the early firmware updated.

Wel il be out of a DNA 200 for a while. fuse somehow blew. so now I need to find that fuse online somewhere and then hope I can resolder the new one.

Hell I can't even get the old one off :(
What mods have you guys been using? I know a lot of users have reported their Opus 200 having the same issues. We're you using those or some other mod? Only curious because I got a militiamods DNA 200 on the way and wanna see if there's any reported issues with it.
