I've only recently moved over to TC (about a month now) and have a quick question.

Why does my DNA200 never ask me "New Coil Y/N?".

It's only done this once in a month.

I switch out between a Perti dotmod v1.5 RDA and a Petri dotmod v2 RDA about once every four days, and am always expecting to see the new coil question, but it never appears?

Yes the coils I'm switching between tend to be the same build, but still I was expecting the DNA200 to be able to sence the minor differences.

Any ideas?

I think the default setting in Escribe is 25% so if there is not more than that difference between the new and old coils ohms it will not ask you if it is a new coil. You can change the percentage if you wish in Escribe, but there is no point that i can see.

A lot of mods to reset the reading you have to remove the tank/dripper, then press the fire button on the mod to get a "No Atomizer or Check Atomizer" error, then replace the tank/dripper and fire again, the mod should ask the "New Atomizer Y/N" prompt again then, this happens on my Kanger TC capable mods, my Joyetech TC mods not so much, have to go into a menu with those and specifically select lock resistance, my DNA75 doesn't ask the question unless I error out the atomizer reading and put on a low enough resistance coil to match what a TC should be before I get the prompt, though most my TC builds on my DNA75 I always plug the mod into Escribe and fine tune the settings there per build.
