HI guys,
Ive received a Cloupier DNA 30 recently;

Unfortunately, it will not fire the either of the two naturevape mini tanks ( the ones with 1.4ohm coil) . I have also tried two batteries but with no success. Just getting check atomizer message. Im going to try a different tank if i can find one locally tomorrow, but in the meantime, does anyone know what i might be missing here?
Ty in advance!
PP

I've heard a few of the cloupour ones need an atty with quite a long 510 in order to make a good contact.
This air flow control adapter may help

If possible pull out the 510 connection on your tanks so they protrude just a smidge. The first two rounds of the Clouper clone shipped with very large diameter 510 posts. The last batch that have been shipped have a smaller diameter 510 post which should work better.

The 510 post issue, among others, is discussed in this video.

the check atomizer message is due to the 510 pin connection not making contact with the positive pin on the DNA clone. you can file lightly around the 510 threaded area with a needle file this will make your center pin lower just don't file the center pin while your doing it if possible remove the center pin or coil so you only file the threaded or neg part Ill post a pic in a few min of what you need to do

this device will do the trick
here are the pics I promised, do it this way if you cant remove pin or coil

pin removed

this way if you can remove the pin you will file from the edge to the center to avoid burrs on the thread end

take your time It only took me 10 min of careful filing to make the unit work on my clone
