Serious problem with iTaste SVD

Ok so I have had my iTaste SVD for a solid 3 months now and loved every moment. I recently lost the coil for my kanger pro tank 2 and did not use the vape for about a week. I came back to notice that it would not turn on so I tried to charge the battery and that wouldn't work. So I went to my local vape shop and bought two new ones to only find that when I use either one, press the fire button, it will fire for a millisecond then the whole unit will turn off. Did I maybe break my SVD or maybe the pro tank? Please help

From what you describe of it shutting down, it sounds like your tank or it's coil is shorting out. The SVD shuts down to protect the electronics so the short circuit doesn't destroy the mod.

If you have a second tank try that first. If not try firing the SVD without your tank attached, if the tank is causing a problem it should "fire" normally without shutting down.

Are your new batteries protected? If so they will cause the SVD to shut down.
