All my DNAs 2 (20s) and 3 (30s) tend to lock into a ohms reading and sticking there. If I change the rba to a different ohm the screen keeps reading the old RBA resistance. The only way I have found to correct this is a hard reset, disconnecting the battery. This is a PITA as all my mods have the batteries permanently installed with on board chargers. Does anyone know how to do a reset without removing the batteries?

There are only two ways to reset the dna... the one you mentioned and the one I assume you got in the pm..... I've got way more dna's and only had one lockup ... reset it once and that's all....maybe something going on with the rba?????

All are Taifun GTs with .8 to 1.2 ohm 28g coils. It has only happened 4 times in the last 6 weeks. Twice on a 20 and twice on separate 30s.

I will say one thing BJ .....its strange you mention the Taifun....coz I just got my first one....and it is the only thing will not work on my Hana 510 connection...even if I wind out centre pin. I am thinking the inside diameter of the 510 on the atomizer is causing it to short out... (DNA 30 will only say check atomizer. Works ok with other 510 with narrower centre pins....not saying this IS your problem...but worth a check....

All my Taifuns are firing fine and my floating pin 510s are fine. This is something I now know happens on the DNAs. Since most people change the batteries they just never notice it. Removing the battery resets it and all is fine.
