Do all juice merchants use paypal only?

I was trying to buy some e cig juice today and found that every single site I went to used paypal as their shopping cart. I'm sure its nice and easy for the merchants to do it this way, but there are some credit cards that paypal doesn't accept. My reloadable visa card keeps comming up as "Visa not accepted" What gives? I haven't tried puresmoker as they are revamping right now, but if they dont accept my card I guess im stuck with analogs

There have been several threads lately about PayPal, and long story short: Yep, unfortunately they all use PayPal. This has been discussed quite a bit, maybe some day the sellers will actually get the message.

You didn't fill in your location info so I'm not sure what part of the world you're from. However you can order from Totally Wicked's UK site. They offer "NoChex" as a payment option, which took my offshore Visa card without issues. You don't need to sign up or any silliness like that.

You're not alone! Although honestly I thought paypal would handle all reloadables fine... now you've got me wondering. (Gotta place another order soon myself.)

Well it's not here yet actually... that order I just placed on Feb 28th. Yeah it's certainly not a 2-3 day affair unfortunately.

On your prepaid card... have you used it online before? Often times you have to go to the card's web site and enter a name and address before you can use it for non-swiped transactions. If you haven't done so, that would definitely be why it's not working.

Also, when using PayPal's checkout do not create an account, just simply check out.

Yeah I tried it without creating a paypal account with no luck, and I have used the card online many times without problems. I just tried the nochex option from totally wicked UK and the order went through... sucks about the 2 week+ wait tho, was really looking forward to getting off analogs within a reasonable amount of time
The merchants need to get with the times and off archaic shopping carts already!
