Do batteries in Reos tend to last shorter than in other mods?

I had a reo mini for a while and eventually sold it as the battery life was too short for me, I was noticing a drop in performance quick, I dunno maybe i wasn't using it properly but i did us 14500imr. I use a ego battery with ego mega dual coil cartos now and its alright. Anyway I am considering giving reo another go when 18490 metal version comes out :) I did love the design and feel of the device. But wanted to make sure if for some reason batteries last shorter time than on other mods or they should be the same ?

The eGo batteries use a lithium cobalt battery and pulse width modulation, so you have a greater capacity and consistent voltage thru most of the useful charge.

Reo's are best matched with IMR batteries, as they will deliver more than adequate amperage to attys and cartos, but do suffer voltage drop off as the battery is discharged. Unless the battery is used in some kind of voltage/power regulated mod, a battery shouldn't last longer or shorter in whatever mod you use.

The 14500 IMR is a good battery but not well suited to the chain vaper. Low resistance attys and cartos will discharge the batteries a lot faster than higher resistance attys/cartos.

Consider a Grand which are a available now or a VV metal Grand which will appear sometime this year. VV metal Minis are on the drawing board too, but that's gonna be a bit of a wait.

I'm assuming wood mods aren't your forte. If I'm wrong, VV Woodvils are the next batch of wood mods to be released. :)

I must confess, that I recognized the same as what bydus did.

But this had a few reasons.
First I don't use anymore the Trustfire 900mAh in my Reo Minis, but the high drain AW IMR 600mAh. Second I learned here to use more and more low resistance Attys, because they get directly the liquid. Less mAh, less Ohm, more high drain power.

In old days, I could easily come over the office day with a Bulli Elite and one Trustfire 14500. Nowadays I have to bring five Reos with me to the office, because that is the most easiest way to change from a dark flavor to a sweet, fruit flavor. And then with the other guys, I use the metal Reos. In front of our female colleagues it is better to use a round curved wood like the Woodvil 18490.

With five Reos over the day there is no need for battery swapping or bottle changing.

I seem to like that! We ladies, especially the Reonaughty's love those woods!
