Do I have bad attys?

I have 2 brand new attys (from the same supplier), just tested both and they have a hard draw and not much vapor. Does this mean the attys are crap? If there is a break-in period, none of my other attys needed it.

I also made sure to prime, and have a juicy cart.

what type of atty's are they? and how many holes do they have?

make sure youre not accidentally covering the carburator hole(s) with your fingers when holding

Sorry, should have been more specific! They are 2 hole for a 510... as are my other attys that do not have this problem.

I was about to ask about a hard draw as well... same atty.

Hmm.. I've had that.. First, take atty off, take cart out. Try sucking through just the atty by itself? Any air obstructions? If not ..... try on a few different batteries, with different cart combo's.. Some batteries when paired with some atties get hard to draw on, guessing due to threads and openings etc etc.
With the 510 .. those 2 holes at the atty bottom I try to line up with the grooves in the battery. Look close, you'll see them. Hard draw could be due to over tightening the batt and it not being able to draw air through those holes..
If the atty has a hard draw unattached to anything get some canned air and blow it out from end where it connects to battery, make sure you get the holes well.

Wench, thank you for your suggestions, but they don't seem to be working for me. I guess I'll just have to deal with it for now.
