Do Not Order "Free Trials"!!!

Thank goodness I found this site. I've been reading a whole bunch on here and there's great info. I was about to enroll in some free product stuff and then I read the info on this site. Might have saved me my bank account! Thanks!
That's funny, that is one of the company that's offering free trials. I'll stick with my inferno.
i was almost scammed by direct ecig.com, luckily i caught it before my 14 days were up and i have sent it back and now have a 510. They asked me in an email why direct ecig was not right for me so i took the time to write them this and let them know
Thank you for asking why i decided direct ecig is not for me. Well to start I was very unsatisfied with the product and its false claims but even if i would have liked it i would still be returning it. I refuse to give money to a business like yours that has to resort to scamming people by using unethical and shady business practices. I went back to the link that i used to order your scam and there was nowhere i clicked to agree to your ridiculous terms and conditions and I am not paying any restocking fee or for the cartridges in my FREE TRIAL that you say is "NO RISK" or any other ridiculous fees that you have hidden somewhere in dark print on a black background, and what makes you think that after already paying 5 dollars for shipping i would let you charge me an extra 10 dollars for shipping after my FREE TRIAL, what the hell is wrong with you.......NO STRINGS ATTACHED....NO RISK TO YOU.... sound familiar. I think the drugs you take to be able to sleep at night have clouded your judgement. The page i ordered your scam from claims a lifetime warranty but your terms and conditions page claims a 90 day warranty, so which is it. Your getting caught up in your lies because of your sleeping pills but you would probably weasle your way out of any warranty claims anyway so i guess it doesnt matter. You make extremely unrealistic claims as to the use of your product cartridge and battery life etc. How the hell is it a free trial if your going to try to charge a restocking fee, nothing free about that is there scamboy. Your cartridges cost 17.50 for ten. Do you really think im going to pay you 7.50 each for the ones i used during my free no risk no strings attached trial. A free trial means i get to try your product for free you low life scamming sack of ..... Again i want to say that at no time did I agree to your ridiculous terms but i have a feeling that a business as shady as yours will try to charge me some ridiculous fees so i have already called my credit card company and told them to freeze any charges from you. The overpriced misstated piece of garbage that you tried scamming me on was mailed today 1-27-11 and you will receive it way before 14 days from the time i ordered it ( nice try there scammer, using the day ordered not the day shipped or even recieved like most honest companies do) so dont trying pulling any of your dishonest scamming methods with me because im wise to you and your blocked from my credit card anyway. AND THATS WHY IVE DECIDED DIRECT ECIG.COM IS NOT RIGHT FOR ME

You are really going to make them mad! If I were you I would call in the cc you used as lost and have them send you a new cc with new numbers on it, just in case they want to charge you. I do that will all free trials, I always cancel the cc I use and if they send me return shipping labels with the initial product, they'll get it back, if not they are sol.
After reading all that, I'm still not clear on why you decided Ecig.com is not right for you.
Unfortunately, I bought into the "free trial" offer. I haven't received it yet. I was told by the operator that I could cancel within the 2-week period. I intend to do just that and contact my bank to have it blocked from taking money out of my account. I feel like I was ripped off.
I got scammed by ecigbrands. They took 6 weeks to send me the "free trial". 3 days after my order was placed they charged me for the price of the "free starter kit". I never saw anything that indicated the kit was not free. By the time the kit arrived, they had charged me $80 twice for "refill subscription" which were never received. After trying the product, I was still intrigued with the concept but the taste of the product was so awful I couldn't stand it. The device leaked and smelled.
All of the reputable companies offer a money back guarantee. They all have discounts and sales. You can get started vaping for a fairly low cost with a good product that will make your life a pleasure.
The suppliers on ECF are reputable people and a good place to start. There are others out there, but none I know of offer these "free trial" things or make you "subscribe" to anything for an ongoing fee. I wish I had found this out before I got scammed. I ended up having to close my checking account to get the automatic debits to stop,

I was almost got sucked into one of these. In addition, when I went to my local smoke shop they talked me into a crappy e cigarette that worked for one day. I really wish I would have done my research first. Oh well... but now that I've found this forum I research everything before I make a purchase.
There's been a commercial here playin' for a free trial e-cigarette, like EZ Cigarette or somethin'. Straight up says you join their club, and just does not sound like a wise investment.
Seriously good advice to anyone new 2 the vaping world, noobiez def do some research on all devices and accessories and familiarize yourself with everything so u can understand what your needs are and what will work best for u. I've been vaping for almost a year now (and haven't smoked analog since 3/2/10!!!! OOOOHHH YEEAAHH!!!) and I started out with one of those overpriced mall setups. Its was an auto batt with tiny carts and was ok for a few weeks until I started 2 research further into the Vaping world. I then found the "Joye 510" manual battery kit and started filling my own carts which was great, and is IMO a great choice for begginers (and moderate vapers) cuz most kits a fairly priced and is a good place 2 start. Then I tried several diff Menthol e-juices until I found my fav, and am constantly trying diff fruity flavs and diff menthols. I now have been loving the Joye eGo setup cuz of its insane long batt life and compatibility with the Joye 510 parts, and now waiting for some "drip tips" and I just ordered the new ->eGoT "tank" kit<- soooo exited and can't wait to try the new "tank" carts and the tank atomizers. I am also thinkng bout grabbing some LR attys and the xl atty's and carts!!!
When I decided I wanted an e-cig, I started reading up on them. I ran across a lot of the "free" sites. I thought there has to be catch somewhere. Sure enough, I started reading the terms and conditions, and found out there is no such thing as a free e-cig.
