It does, actually. Higher nic levels can have a sort of peppery taste to them which decreases as the level decreases. I noticed it immediately when I started vaping both 24 and 18mg.

Higher nicotine levels make juice taste like the dirty nic that's in the juice. Get a juice with pure nic and there is not a noticeable difference in taste due to nicotine level.

I haven't noticed any flavor difference between 6mg & 18mg Dekang USA Mix either. TastyVapor stated in their FAQ that higher nic diminishes their "tobacco" flavor.

tmcase, saw in your profile...another programmer, me too. Greetings program! :) And I almost moved to Port Townsend too, heard it was the only sunny part of western WA.

I've been using Dekang for almost two years now and haven't noticed any change in flavor, going from 24 to 18 then 12. Then again I've been using tobacco flavors, never cared much for the others.

I understand, I think. My reg vape is Dekang camel at 36mg. The strong nic flavor, as well as any burned taste have helped be aquire a taste for the juice so I crave the juice as much as a real cig. Your "then again" qualification is at the heart of the issue. The same does not apply to coffee/fruit flavors, where the purest nic availabe is a necessity, IMHO even at 24 mg.

Try Dekang cherry at 18mg and at 36 mg, then tell me what you think.
