Do we really need a cord for every X2 battery?

It's an auto 650 X2. It's been plugged in for as much as 12 hours and it wouldn't produce
anything. There is no play in the connection, it's solid. I don't have a different cord unless
I try something for a cell phone, and that might void the warranty, which expires in the next
couple days.

Sounds like you need to call customer service soon.

I put in a suggestion for that about a month or so ago, cuz the it's so much easier to find good high quality micro cords with more features (like coiled cables) than the mini. Actually, I've only found straight cords with the mini, and one crappy retractable that's only 2.4 feet long. They do make mini-to-micro adapters though, that are small and not too bulky.
