Hello,

I am a french user of e-cigarette... and I just bought a Silver Bullet to Randpost. (paiment via Paypal)
He said me that he send me last week with tracking and insurance, but even if I send him two mails for get the tracking number... he does-not write to me in return...

So I begin to be afraid... Do you know him... Is it always here ?

Randpost, if you read this post, please , let me know news and number tracking.

You can send him a PM (personal message) or leave a visitor's message on his profile page. According to the statistics, his last post was in October, but he visited the site yesterday. So if you send him a PM, hopefully he will receive it.

Please remember that in the U.S., Thursday was a major holiday, and people often take vacation time for a good part of the week.

Since this date, no news from Randpost, and no parcel received at home. Randpost has obtain 190 USD via paypal, and he don"t send me the Silver Bullet he must send me.

Today I have gone to the Policy against him.

If you know him, let him know that if he contact me, we can arrange both !

You may want to contact paypal and tell them what happened. Not sure but I believe they may have protection in place to handle these type of situations.

I have contacted Paypal, but Randpost said me to note : Gift and nothing about a sell or something else... so, Paypal do not allow me to open a procedure. They only said me to see Policy... I did this !

By another way, I have another way... it is to black list Randpost because of selling product not allowed by Paypal in Usa... but, in this case, the forum risk to be concerned too .

Randpost joined the forum on 09/21/09 and made 186 posts in two months (average of about 3 posts per day) before he completely stopped posting on 11/22/09 after selling off a bunch of stuff in the classifieds section. He made numerous comments about having quit smoking AND no longer feeling that he needed electronic cigarettes.

It doesn't look like he is coming back, so there probaby isn't much a moderator can do. Since he had you indicate your paypal payment was a gift, I can see why they would not do anything either.

Just my opinion, but I think you got screwed.


If he won't respond to you, then your only recourse is to contact Paypal and let them know exactly what happened. Of course, both of you were attempting to circumvent their policies against the sale of electronic cigarettes, so they are quite likely to shut down your account along with his, and still not do anything to help you get your money back.

I put a justiciary act against him, for that policy ask to Paypal his name and adress. His name as account paypal is Yonah May.

I have explain the situation to Paypal, but they are waiting for the policy process.

I am sure that the webmaster could give me his name and adress, because normally he gave them for become member of a forum... but I have no news from them ///

I hope at least Randpost had a good think for me for *christmas !!!

His last post was 11/22/09, but his last activity was 12/15/09 so that is probably the last time he was here reading posts, and if you sent him any PMs before that he probably read them.

I would think it would be illegal for them to disclose that information.
But it would be nice if they would answer you and let you know for sure.
