I did have cravings the first month or so, but those have gone away almost completely. I NEVER feel like I did when I was smoking. I never feel distracted and anxious because I want to vape. I would never leave the house at 3a in a blizzard to go get liquid. I do enjoy vaping very much and intend to do it until I don't want to, but it feels nothing like the grip of smoking, IMO. :D Yay!

I definitely do! Like others, my e-cig goes everywhere with me. From room to room and place to place. I noticed the other day I had not had a vape in almost 45 minutes and HAD to have it. Mostly I vape constantly, but there are always those times (out shopping, etc.) that I don't vape and the first thing I do when I get in my truck is vape.

But I'm more than OK with that, I'm still addicted to nicotine and I simply smoke (vape) in a non-traditional way.

I've got enough stash that if it came to needing to quit vaping, I could wean myself off (I think, I hope).

I can go for periods without it easily. For instance I would chain smoke when walking the dog, 3-4 of them. I've noticed now that I get home I've not touched my e-cig. Same too if I've been out in the garden working for a long time. I'd often stop for a ciggy break. No more.

That said, when I remember I'm hitting it within seconds. So I don't know if I could go for extended periods.

I guess keeping busy gets rid of the habbitual aspect, but not the dependancy.

Yes but it's rare i use to smoke for 5 mins then come in for 2-4 hours till i niced. Now i can take a single vape once every 20 mins and be good. But just an hour ago i got busy at work and got put in a stressful position and i felt the heart start pumping and my vains filled and i knew i needed my 510 right now!! but lucky for me my 510 is always in my lap at work or in my pocket. i don't ever crave tobacco no more it's very liberating.

Like Kimpetuous said, none of the distractions or anxiety like with analogs. It just seems easier to stay occupied with other things nowadays than before.
And yes I take my stuff every where & currently hit 24mg for most of the day, using approx 2ml/day. Occasionally I'll drip some 36mg unflavored into a Prodigy just for the hell of it:D

Kim. I know whatcha mean by standing in a blizzard for a cig. I lived in Glenwood Springs for 12 years & like most, smoked outside....Even during the winter. <10pm. let the dogs out one last time. Put on Sorels, sweatshirt, heavy winter coat..etc etc.);-)

I jones for a vape after a big meal or when drinking coffee and/or scotch. I think it is more of a routine i built up over the years though. I have noticed that when I had an analog recently (I was out drinking and my battery died), I could actually taste the cigarette and for some reason it tasted terrible. Perhaps my taste buds are coming back along with my sense of smell.

Noob here. I am out of cartridges and have not yet received my e-liquid from Dietsmokes or Totallywicked... I'm about to cross back over to analog. :(

Go to your local kwiky mart or smoke store & buy some Snus to hold you over. You also might consider putting at least your general location in your profile...There's plenty of people here that, if in a bind, would help each other out if they're local to them.

I wish I were the type that only vaped once in a while. I vape like there's no tomorrow and like with the analogs, I make sure when I go from room to room, in the vehicle, or anywhere my e-cig is with me. No different than I was with the analogs, but at least I haven't smoked an analog in over 3 months now.

I do find when trying times come upon us, really difficult ones, I want an analog, but for the first time in my over 40 years of smoking, even if I want one, I grab my e-cig and I'm OK.

Nothing has ever worked like this. I still thank the good Lord for these things!
