I have always vape with WOW Vapor Peppermint Cartomizers

Preservid sir the cool carts run at a higher ohm (3.3 ohm avg), and the flavor is completely different. Wow juices are made in one facility, premium another. Wow has more vg as well.

If you're talking flavor difference, I've tried both and they're as advertised. The WOW Peppermint, as you know is just a peppermint flavor. The Premium Peppermint Ice Cream definitely adds a strong cream flavor IMO. Much too sweet for my taste but you'll definitely have to draw your own conclusions. Maybe see if anyone has a single cart they can send you in the swap thread.
