Do you notice a flavor change on cartos using a drip tip.......

I only have a couple of drip tips in delrin and stainless steel,but I notice a change in flavor when I use the stainless ones but no difference with delrin is it me or do you notice a metallic taste as well,I was considering aluminum ones,but I may change that thought and try the blown glass ones a little pricy but they are funky looking....your mileage may vary

I noticed a huge difference with drip tip material. I don't like the aluminum tips at all. They have a strong metal flavor. The SS ones get better once they are warm. But the delrins are the best

I also prefer the delrin drip tips. For me they are the most comfortable to use - and the best part is that the plain old black ones tend to be the cheapest drip tips around.

I find the metal and aluminum tips are always cold to start. The delrin,glass and even the rubber ones are ok.

I have found that the type of drip tip I use will affect the flavor and quality of my vape. Not so much the shape or style of the tip, but the material from which it's made. Everyone has individual preferences, but here are mine, from most favored to least favored:

1. Stainless steel
2. Nickel plated metal
3. Delrin
4. Acrylic
5. Aluminum

I haven't tried any glass drip tips and probably never will unless I'm gifted one. They're too pricey for me to justify the expense considering their fragility and questionable fit. I have read that they're wonderful as far as how they feel on the lips and the quality of the vape.

I absolutely hate aluminum drip tips.
