Gross question about drip tips

I use metal tips almost exclusively and still have no idea how you guys are getting gross stuff on them...lol

I get this daily and wash my tips often. I thought it was just food, but the chapped lips makes sense because I'm ALWAYS suffering from them. Chap stick on your drip tip is kind of gross to me though

I swapped out all my pt metal ones for plastic version. Either me or my taste bubs get a metalic after taste. No my cup of vape.

I exfoliate my lips every morning when I wash my face, if I don't my drip tips show it. I clean my tips every single day though.
I like my gear to sparkle. I put this stuff in my mouth. Just sayin......

This is why every vaper should have a good supply of Q-Tips.

Q-tips work wonders for cleaning drip tips. Also use them to clean the other end of the drip tip, sometimes there is a buildup of eliquid that gets up in there and dries.

I had to look at my drip tip after reading this and I was appalled...dead skin cells from capped lips? Is that hair? Oh god...

Dust and pocket lint are my only issues. Vapor condensation tends to be sticky and I don't have a dedicated vape case, which would be inconvenient anyway. A quick clean with a Q-tip dipped in isopropyl alcohol every day or two is sufficient.

My metal Protank2 drip tip and metal drip tip that came with my K100 gets dried skin all over because my lips are horribly chapped! But a nice hot wash brings it back to brand new at the end of the day! Looking to getting some non-metal drip tips though for christmas

I do have this one drip tip, which is like chrome plated plastic? Or fake chrome? It came with a Raven Tank I ordered. Anyway, it looks like metal but it doesn't try to kill my lips. Best of both worlds

Not related to vaping but I have seen this happen myself. It all comes out in the wash.

If the problem persists, switch to boxers.

Youre a woman... Your kind use chapstick,lipgloss,lipbalm and lipstick and whatnot... I still to this day havnt heard about a woman that had dry lips...

The coffee thing explained alot tho... I pretty much only drink coffee
