I am an inhaler... If I need a great hit, I drop on the atomizer ...

Boy, I'm with you on that one. I chucked my carts early on and have been dripping since. Great throat hit, no filtering out the vapor with stuffing. That's when I started seeing my e-cig as a true replacement for analogs. Before that I was constantly trying to get the satisfaction of smoking without going back to smoking. I have a pile of preloaded carts here that I won't be using. I drip straight 48 mg juice and haven't felt this good in many years with no longing to smoke again. That's the only way I could get a sufficient throat hit that satisfied. Pretty decent nicotine delivery too >grin<

You could try the straw mod. There are a few posts about it available here. Supposedly it produces more vapor by allowing better airflow to the atomizer.

Using the PTB mod with my 510 works for me.

The PTB mod by Rho (or RHO mod) is done in such a fashion as it makes it's own straw while keeping the liquid from dripping out. Something I hated about the straw mod was that once in awhile if the liquid to ambient air balance in a cart got too low it would dump a good portion of liquid into your mouth when drawing hard.

Search within the forum for screwdriver (it's in the blue line just below the site banner) and you should get plenty of hits for the screwdriver you want.

I used to inhale analog smoke all the way to my toes. When I first started vaping, I tried the same thing, and apparently, it wasn't as satisfying. I just noticed the other day that I'm not inhaling any more. I just puff and puff until I get a big cloud, which
I kind of hold in the back of my throat for a minute and then blow out. Which I'm happy about, since I'm sure my lungs appreciate the difference. It's like the vapor and taste are so satisfying, I don't NEED to inhale any more (yet I still get my fix).

I don't get any liquid in my mouth since I learned just exactly the amt. of liquid I need to keep on my atomizer to make vapor. One drop more than that and I would get a mouthful. It just takes practice. I vape around off the atty for awhile, then realize the vapor has gotten thin. I put two full drops directly onto the bridge, then I'm right back to nice thick vapor again (on my 510, manual battery that is sealed--the ones with the holes were a PITA and the new ones are perfect).
