Wizard Labs told me the nicotine stays suspended. The flavoring may settle though.

I shake 'EM every time before anything. Now I shake my pill bottles before opening too sometimes. And the reason is not for taste but the nicotine settles somewhere. Either the top or the bottom, I don't remember. I do remember when I loaded two cartos with same juice. One was so raunchy harsh I couldnt figure out what the heck was going on and the other was creamy dreamy good couldn't get enough. I was lots of nic v/s barely any nic.

I almost always shake before I refil, but I have a tendency to forget if I'm refilling in the middle of something (usually in pregame lobbies on Xbox).
