I can sorta taste something on the front of my tongue maybe? I'm wondering if sweetening would let me really taste it?
EDIT: switched to a 510 and I'm getting a better flavor I think, I doubled the flavor too(8%)
Now I'm starting to wonder if this is normal, I can almost taste something there I think, maybe I'm expecting vapor to taste like food and my taste buds just aren't refined enough? I wonder if some people's taste buds just don't buy the flavor trick maybe?

8% is a bit low for most DIYers. I do 10% myself, some as much as 20%. My juices are all VG-based, no PG, so sweet is not an issue, but some sweeten with cotton candy flavor or ethyl maltol. Haven't tried this myself yet. Some also make the flavor bloom more with a little PGA or vodka. I do not do this, as it dries me out too much, rather I use distilled water for thinning, but this is another trick some use.

For me FlavourArt Tiramisu is one of their weaker flavors. I don't find that it needs to be sweetened, but I do find that I need more of it that I do of their other flavors. For me... FlavourArt flavors generally work between one and five percent. Tiramisu needs at least five percent.

As a side note, the longer it has been since I smoked, the lower the percentage of flavoring needs to be.

:)
