I know I vape more than I smoked (simply because I don't feel the need to go outside). But I also don't believe I am getting more nic because of the larger water vapor molecules. I don't think I am absorbing as much. Really doesn't matter either way because I have desire to stop vaping or lowering my nic. Good luck to you and happy vaping.

I call those nicotine dreams. In reality they are probably cigarette dreams. They will pass. I had them also. They woke me up a couple of times and I was very mad because thought that I was smoking.

Hardest part is dreaming I got up and got the grandkids off to school, only to actually wake up and realize I now need to drive them..

Yes. Vaping has brought out the chain smoker in me. I always knew it was there, I just kept a lid on it when it was cigs. I vape a combo of 0 and 3 nic with the idea of bringing it down to zero as I use up my 3. I started vaping at 6, which is now noticably too strong, so I am getting somewhere. I'll probably keep some 3 around just in case. My plan is to make vaping something I do for relaxation, much like a lot of guys smoke cigars. I'll work on this once I am consistently at 0. Don't know if I will be able to break the act of smoking/vaping habit though, even at 0 nic. I just like it too much.

Just one more drag on my Vanilla Custard now...

I'm certainly vaping more than I smoked. Mainly due to vaping in car, house etc.. that I didn't smoke in when I smoked. The problem I have is I cant quantify how much nicotine I'm actually vaping compared to cigs. I switch flavor 4-6 times a day because I get tired of the flavor after awhile. It's nice and tasty when I change over but after a bit grows kind old to me. I have dropped down to 18mg from 24 but I have no idea how many ml's I go through in a day. Guessing between 5-8 but could be much more or less. Only way I can think of to know for sure would be to measure the juice each day. :( And that doesn't sound like much fun so I"ll just vape on until I'm outa juice :)

I smoked an average of a pk a day... usually about 15 a day in the winter, maybe 25 a day in the summer... of ultra-lights, for the last 20 or so years. For the last 16 yrs, I always went outdoors to smoke, which cut me down from 3 pks a day at one point.

Now I vape all day, pretty much constantly; in the daytime, 9mg, and after dinner, 6mg. I know I get less nicotine than I did from cigarettes, because nothing inside moves very fast anymore, unless I live on beans and bran muffins. Frankly I'd rather just vape more and drink more water. :D

But there really is no comparison, unless you have a job with defined smoke breaks. I had to smoke outdoors, periodically, I vape indoors, constantly. Smoking a pk or less per day cost at least twice, maybe 3 times, what vaping 6ml or so per day costs, while providing far less pleasure and far more cancer. No comparison, really. :D

I think I vape around the same as I smoked. But the big difference is if I have to go say 3 hours without a vape I don't get freaked out. Like tonight it was busy at work and I didn't have a chance to vape for the first 2 hours or so. I didn't even notice, where with analogs I would have been going nuts.
