    If you know anything about NAFTA then you know that is not how it works. The FDA has next to no oversight regarding imported products manufactured outside of the United States.
    I know the FDA has no control over how a Chinese Co. manufactures a product.
    They would like to think they have the power to prohibit the product from (legal) import to the US, unless it has FDA approval.

    ...

    This is all but decided Dan. They will change the predicate date to now which will cover all the current devices and juices. There will need to be some tweaking done for new products introduced after 8/8.

    ...

    And where , Exactly, are you getting all this from?

    I'm not going out of my way Dman to appease your antaginistic tone here.

    If only made a few deeming posts. Search for my nickname and find them yourself. They're all succinct
    and logically, not hysterically presented, as appears the norm for this subject.

    I'm sorry i meant that I go through 60 mil of premade for each month and when i was adding I wasn't thinking 100 so thank you for pointing that out I was going by mil and not factoring in the mg on the nicotine!

    No problem, I just wanted to make sure you didn't poison yourself

    Just in case you didn't know about them yet, it is safest to use a e-liquid calculator when making your recipes. I'd post a link to the one I always use but that one is in dutch so I'm afraid it wouldn't be the easiest to use for you. If you google e-liquid calculator you will find plenty of them though ;)

    Ah good, then you probably already know that nicotine can simply be absorbed by your skin if it comes in contact with it as well.

    I personally prefer sticking to 36mg nic myself, I just know I can get careless when I'm in a rush so better safe then sorry for me. But I mix my juice at less then one mg so I can afford to use a lower concentration nic while still taking up less space in the fridge then most people on here would need.

    T'm still not convinced we have nothing to worry about ... I read through your posts @OcalaFlGuy, I particularly liked you comparing scanning containers for nukes to the war against vaping ... ain't no money in scanning for nukes.

    The FDA regs sole purpose ... is stopping the inevitable demise of Big Tobacco.

    However, I will give you the benefit of the doubt in your don't worry speculation ... we will still be talking about this in the fall ... if nothing has changed to the Industry by Christmas, and it is business as usual ... I will be the first to congratulate you on your speculation.

    I've been Vapocalypse vaping for over 2 years ... it's the smokers I hope vaping survives for.

    I wonder how Many Votes it takes to Over-Ride a Presidential Veto of something like an Appropriations Bill?
    <Shudder>

    Wash your mouth out with soap.

    I can't see even Hillary vetoing a whole major Appropriations bill over something like Vaping. That would be a pretty crazy way to start a Presidency. They say you have to choose your battles. It would be insane for her to launch some Nuke Out against the Reps on Vaping as one of her first acts.

    But I'll grant you it is a sickenly good question.

    From the Googler;

    Congress can override a veto by passing the act by a two-thirds vote in both the House and the Senate. (Usually an act is passed with a simple majority.) This check prevents the President from blocking an act when significant support for it exists.

    It would be a pretty close call if the Reps could override the Hildebeast...<Teeth Gritting> The spread on the Cole-Bishop Amendment was almost exactly a 2/3, 1/3 split for...

    [EDIT] I presume it is the spending for FY 17 which would start Oct 1, 2016.

    I know the vote is supposed to happen by the end of the fiscal year which is Oct. I read the Appropriations bill sometimes doesn't get signed until after the election though. The vote/signing is this year though.
