Has anyone actually measured the 1/16 rod on the Artistic Wire Gizmo? I recently bought one and the rod measures 1.8mm as opposed to the advertised 1.6mm (close to 5/64) Are others the same? and does 1/64 even matter? I wouldn't have thought it makes too big a difference. Dunno?

The sizes appear to vary, I've seen different sizes posted from different people. Mine is slightly larger than 1/16" but I have now way to measure them. But it's so close that it doesn't worry me.
To me, the size matters because if the coil ID falls outside the sweet spot by either being too big or too small, it'll have different vape characteristics - too small and you can't wick thru it (and you need more winds to reach target resistance) too big and you will need less winds to reach target resistance.
Throwing nano coils off the table, cause I don't use coils that aren't wicked thru, as the inside diameter increases above micro coil inside diameter, the adjustability of the coil by raising / lowering it in relation to the air source is one of the aspects that declines in direct proportion to the growth of the coil.
In my tensioned contact micro coil school of thought (which are all I build) you want to select the gauge of wire to hit your target resistance in 8 to 10 winds and be right around 1/16" (or the second smallest rod of the artistic wire coil gizmo) as the size of choice

On your bottom feed atomizer do you have leakage from carrying it in your pocket or good to go and also I noticed that it is a sub ohm when u press botton is it at full power or can you adjust your watts/volts how often do you recommend rebuilding or cleaning I saw on reos website they give you second bottle but nothing bout battery does on charge lasr all day also do you get the nic in plastic or glass I see they have a saie on 1 liters 100mg for 50 bucks is there a diff between plastic or glass like taste? Thx

. Lemme skip to the easy one - you will wanna transfer that liter to glass and store it in the freezer. A liter of 100mg will last a long time. I use that plastic container only for my one (or so) months worth of diluted juice. I'm not sure about taste difference, it's more of a leaching issue - the nic can leach plastic over the length of time you will have a liter of 100mg. Think about it like this: at 10mg nic that liter of 100mg will make 10 liters I never store nic in plastic More later

I got mine in plastic then transferred it to 3oz glass spice jars from bed bath and beyond. For bulk Liter storage, you can order the 1 liter Amber glass bottles right there from MFS

A: The bottom fed atty is essentially like any dripper - if you put in more juice than you vape, it may leak. The good thing about bottom fed attys is that good ones drain. That means less possibility of leaking. It's a good idea to keep the mod as upright as possible when in your pocket especially until you learn to vape it till it's near dry hit. I usually keep mine in a small Maui Jim sunglasses case of it's gonna be pocketed for long or if I have jeans with the small change pocket the mod usually fits there quite well.

A: the battery comes off the charger at 4.2 volts. I run dual coil builds netting around 0.5 to 0.7 ohms. I never let my battery deplete below 3.7 volts because it will reduce the useful life of the battery. But, since I like to vape between 25 and 35 watts, I pull my battery when it hits around 4 volts and put in a fresh one. I usually change batteries 3-4 times a day and vape between 6 to 10 ml per day. So battery life will depend on the resistance of your build (lower ohms = less battery life) and how often / long you push the fire button
Q: how often do you recommend rebuilding
A: I could not recoil an atomizer for months and it would be fine, I basically recoil to make videos, change resistance or if I get bored. I rewick about once a week using KGD. I've never had a coil fail
Q: cleaning
A: cleaning the REO mod is easy - you wash it in the sink

A: Yes, you get a second bottle, that's pretty much it. Then you'll need batteries, charger, rebuildable atomizer, rebuilding supplies and juice. The mod will last many years with a little TLC and it can handle abuse.

Well i placed my order for a liter 100mg nic today so i guess its off to bed bath and beyond for wide mouth spice jars with tight lids but i also ordered a liter each of pg and vg my question is do i keep it in the freezer to so it doesn't break down does oxygen effect it and will these have leaching issues from plastic as well?thx
I only freeze straight VG when it's like in a 2 liter container. Then I refill the previously used 1 liter container and dispense from it. I don't freeze the dispensing container. I don't think it really needs to be frozen or has leeching issues but I don't know. Those are good questions bro.
Alright I got my shipmet from mfs they are fasr I placed an order from nude nic before mfs but only for a sample I tracked it today and its still in cali I will probly stick with mfs half the price and was hear in 2 days in case anyone else is wandering about whos faster but im really just wondering if any one knows if storing nick salution in baby food jars and placing in my hidden freezer is safe im asking couse im looking for air tight sulution the glass is probably fine but what about the lid tin or what ever the seal is made of ? Or liquid advil containers they are glass but the plastic caps and seal are also my concerned? Before any one ses anything the will be relaibled nic with date, sstrength, ext and stored in a tupperware container in a freezer only I access so no danger to kids or anyone else. I went to bed bath beyond for the spice jars in vid and the ones I looked at dident have seals and oxygen is nic's enemy on long term storage thanks
Those BB and beyond jars are spice jars. Most people like their spices airtight. I've had nic 24mg in some for over 2 years and the nic is as clear as it was when I put it there

Nude nic is over priced IMO. Never tried it but I think it's prolly the same as MFS just added cost cause of the fancy name
So youre telling me super nano dual parallel double twisted clapton dragon coils arent your thing.
When I started youtube wasnt that helpf since I already knew what it took to build a coil. The only think that helped was 100' of kanthat and a set of precision screwdrivers.
