Personally I would recommend working down on the nic, not going directly to 0%, if you do that, you risk not feeling the satisfaction you want causing you to go back to analogs.. but that's just my 2 cents! Good Luck!
I personally went with 18 mg nic strength to start and I still order that in my Camel flavored eliquid (Smoke pack a day of camel lights) which I use after a meal and when I drink. All my others I've ordered are 8-12 mg. Next order will be 6-8 and eventually 0 nic. I don't know if I'll ever stop vaping but I do wish to get down to zero nic eventually.. If I start to get a craving I'll use the 18 mg Camel flavored juice. I'd just order a bottle of zero nic and keep with it, but make sure you have a back up with some nic in it so you don't have to smoke an analog. maybe seal it in an envelope and hide it so you're not easily tempted to bust it out. Good luck and happy vaping!
I also agree with the working down method. I didn't smoke a lot prior to switching but use three strengths, 12mg, 6mg and 0mg. I like the throat hit the ones with nic provide, makes it feel like I'm smoking.
If you have a temper like I do then get some 24mg and vape away till you hit coma status. Then try your best to keep it that way for about 3 weeks. If your kicking the other 3,999 chemicals they will kick back. After all the kicking is done then slow down if you feel the need. I vape 18mg now and can go to 11 with no issues. You just have to let the vape make you forget about smoking. If you dont forget you will want more. I am 6 months in and I would not smoke a cig if my life depended on it. Even if I forget the ecig at home all day, its just no longer an option.
