Curious as to weather the more nicotine level, full flavored changes flavor vs. An ultra light.

For the most part, yes. If you vape a zero nic ejuice vs. say even an 18mg nic ejuice you'll notice a difference in taste. It may be that the harshness of the nicotine is just distracting from the true flavor but there is a difference.
