If so does it ever make a cracking noise and sometimes taste burnt?
How is it doing? I've been dripping for about a week and havent had that many problems except for the crackling and the recent burnt taste after awhile.
yeah, if ur gonna drip w/that, i suggest disecting the cart, leaving just the tube on, for your mouth, gutting everything from the little cart n stuffing to the round tiip...then u can direct drip into it w/out taking the tube part off. If it crackles n tastes burnt, its prob not wet enuff. if it gurgles, use one less drop next tme.
More than likely the crackling and burnt taste you are getting is from running your atty dry. When you drip, it takes 2-3 drops that should yield 5-6 good puffs. Try touching the tip of your liquid bottle right to that metal mesh to get the juice on there-It doesnt take much-but when the flavor/vapor wears off, you know its time for a couple more drops. If you keep puffing away on it, you will burn out your atomizers prematurely.
Actually the crackling sound is when a atomizer is over filled ... It more of a rolling sound than a crackling...the reason for burn taste is that these atomizer are not really meant to drip on much but we still do it anyways.. The open bridge attys can also be cleaned and last longer that the rest.. Reason in saying so i have open bridge attys for my M410 and when i clean them i use a pin to slight scrape out the burnt liquid that is drying up in there. It best to do this during the day when you have much light source and can see inside.. I usually take the pin and scrape out the blackness and you'll be surprise how much stuff u can get out. Just a warning be carefull not to move around the coil to much you might break it... Then after do a few simple dry burn to get the rest out...

Some people suggest using a contact-lens holder to make the dipping easier (just pop open the lid, dip the atty in the pool of e-liquid inside, close it and go).
Dripping isn't a issue i do it also. But notice when we first got our device the most we ever drip on the atty was either a single drop. Was ever scared the first time. I prob didn't even let an entire drop fall on the atty. Now i seem to put up to 3 drops. Not sure about the rest of ya'll.. But this happens reason cause our little cat sucks so bad. But there are ways to avoid driping but then again it's required. When you hear the sound tho it going to happen sooner or later you gonna get either clogged of fry up and atty.. best advise for drippers dry burn each night. Also i notice this morning some of the liquid leaked to the battery component after i dripped a few before leaving to work. It was heating in my pocket lucky i felt it before leaving and dried it up. The can also cause battery to go weak or possible go bad, don't worry it won't exploded..ect
Way i see it our ecig is like a little baby so we need to take care of all the wet diapers and dry them up
Soak it in vodka for an hour or so. Then use some canned air to blow out the bridge, the coil and the little holes. Also blow out the battery side as well. Make sure it is COMPLETELY DRY before using it again. Blast out the bridge really good, but be careful around the coil. It works great. I clean mine daily for optimum flavor. Works good so far
