I have tried protank II and kanger T3's but i always end up going back to my ego-t in the end. It is definatly because i dont like the feeling of vaping from a metal tip. Does anyone else feel the same?

The prostank II has a removable drip tip so you can change it to whatever you like, T3's have a plastic drip tip/mouthpiece.
I dislike metal drip tips also, delrin/plastic or stone for me.

Yes, I absolutely hate metal drip tips! Too hard and cold in my mouth, even had one that gave my juice a "tin can" taste, glad that one is gone!
I am the same.
I call all metal, glass, stone, even some harder plastic drip tips "tooth chippers". I am uncomfortable using them while walking or driving.

I much prefer the plastic tips. I hate the way those other heavy tips bang into my teeth. Especialy when driving and hitting a pot hole.
i hate the feeling against my teeth with them too... dont know how people use them
Don't like metal either. They are cold when you start and some then get to hot. I don't like accidentally hitting my teeth with them and they make juice taste metallic.
I prefer delrin tips. I've had regular plastic tips snap off a couple times, and delrin is much tougher. The standard plastic tips on Kanger T2's and even CE4's work fine too. Metal with a big feed hole is nice on a dripper at home but doesn't suit me for all day use - too hard and heats up too quickly, plus too cold in the winter.
I prefer plastic over the metal. I don't mind the metal tip as long as it's at room temperature, but when they get cold count me out! lol I guess your post should have been titled "Does anyone NOT prefer plastic Mouth tips" 
I use iclear30's right now and I kinda like the metal, but it does get hot, especially when chain vaping with a top dual coil atty...and I did almost knock a tooth out the other day...
I love my bullet style stainless steel tips. I use a protank 2 so I don't get the burn on my lips.. I used to when I had nova's... bcc is my fav tank style...
Greetings; Yes, yes, yes. I've replaced the metal tips of my Davides with rubber ones. My favourite drip tip is made of soft rubber, but unfortunately it tends to fall out, so I've settled on a hard rubber derlin one that I far prefer to metal.

Wow. I guess I'm the only one who likes metal tips. I don't like the chrome one on the anyvape davide near as much as I like the aircraft aluminum anodized one on my cirrus cartotank. I work in sheet metal so I guess I'm just biased tho.
I'll join the oddball club. I prefer the metal although I've never had one that makes my juice taste metallic. That's probably a bad sign.
I havent bought any tips other than whats on my tanks so I guess I prefer plastic? I like what ever is on the Aspire BDC's compared to the metal on the Protank II and iClear30.
