My preference... anodized aluminum with a shortened silicone sleeve ( the "condom" tip from the B&M for sampling purposes) easy on the teeth, no metal taste.
I am going to get a new drip tip for my Igo-W, So far used the protank 2 drip tip (metallic taste) and a plastic one (don't like the look of it).... I would prefer not to waste too much money buying loads so what is the best material that will NOT taste of metal? These are the options I have found...
Stainless steel
Titanium
Aluminium
Which would not have a metallic taste and work best?
Also which of those is the least cold?

I'm certainly not an expert on metals or minerals or whatnot, but it seems to me that anything of a metallic nature would be cold in the winter. If you're gonna stick with metal as your tip though, I'd dare say Titanium. Can't say for sure, but I know for a fact that stainless and aluminum get cold, cold, cold in the winter months.
Personally, I'm thinking of looking into either carbon fiber or acrylic. Art and form are great and all that, but sometimes art has to follow function, at least with me.
As a side note here, I was disatisfied with the metallic tip that came with my PT II as well. I used plastic tips for awhile and found that the flavors tended to get bonded into the plastic. I boil my PT on high boil for about fifteen minutes, glass, tip and all. Sometimes, I even throw in just a tad of cleaning vinegar to help cleanse out some of the germs and buildup. I've found that this has greatly reduced that metallic taste that was so irritating with the metallic tip. Haven't used my plastic since.
Anyway... just a short term solution till I find what I really want. Hope this helps!
You might like glass. There are hundreds of choices. I like stainless steel, have about 60 drip tips, and consider them essential to my vaping happiness. I buy drip tips all the time. Lately, they need to have serial numbers and/or fancy engraving, or something different. Gold is pretty. I have several. My drip tip addiction is not something I would want to encourage in others. At $40 or $50 a pop, it just gets insane...even by my standards. Good luck to you!
