I usually trust anything between 2.5 & 5 Ω on any atty. The Chinese don't hold good tolerances on these things, and the meter could be off a bit too.

...and the Chinese make the meter too, prolly, like mine. does that make the margin of error exponential?QUOTE]
Using a Chinese tester to test a Chinese product. We need a large margin of error.![]()
Try to give the atty a pep talk and tell it that if it behaves you will take it out to dinner--maybe Applebees.
after a good soaking in a shotglass of cheap rotgut vodka, i rinse it off with distilled water, blow it out and set it upside down on a shamwow. the magic of Vince comes out of the shamwow and infuses my atty with vapor magic. EVERY TIME. if you dont believe it, i will have vince hit your girlfriend/sister/wife.
If you weren't so cute, I would come to your house and poke you right in the forehead with my pointy elbow of death for a comment like that!![]()
Thanks for the suggestions guys, except the one about taking my atty to Appklebees, me and my atty prefer Bugaboo Creek
Okay I laughed when I just read that until I realized you were serious by googling that name. It's a Steakhouse. Interesting!
